Return & Exchange Policy

At MAMTA’S, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with our policies.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

Requests can be submitted via the ‘Return or Exchange’ link in the website footer 


Refund Process (for Returns)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or to the bank account details you provide during the refund request.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.


Exchange Process

If the replacement item costs more than the original, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.

If the replacement item costs less, the balance will be refunded to you.

If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll provide suitable alternatives or initiate a full refund.


Pickup & Delivery Timeline

After confirming your return/exchange request, we’ll schedule a pickup within 1–3 business days at no extra cost.

It typically takes 6–7 days for the product to reach us.

Once received, your refund or replacement will be processed within 2–3 business days.

The complete process usually takes 10–15 business days.

⚠️ Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.


Non-Eligible Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Products purchased during Sale or MEGA Sale events are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

Be in its original packaging

Not be used or damaged

Have all original tags intact


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We conduct strict quality checks before dispatch, but in rare cases:

If your item is damaged during transit

Has a manufacturing defect

Or if you receive a wrong product

We will replace it, provided the request is raised within the 5-day window from delivery.

If reverse pickup is not available at your location:

You may self-ship the item within 5 days of raising a return request to the address below:

Please note: Any self-shipped product received after 5 days will not be eligible for return or exchange.
